New Patient Forms
All of our new practice members at Mabra Family Chiropractic are asked to fill out the new patient health paperwork as completely as possible. This will allow us to understand any past injuries or traumas that may have led to current health conditions. This paperwork will take about 10-15 minutes.
1 on 1 Initial Consultation
On your first visit, we will provide a one-on-one, individualized consultation with you where we will discuss your health concerns, past health history, and future goals. This will help us give you the best quality of care possible.
Neurological Assessment
You will receive a full muscle and nervous system assessment using our state of the art technology. This will allow us to locate where and how severe the pressure and inflammation is in your nervous system. At this time we will also briefly discuss health and wellness so that you can have a better understanding of our principled approach to Chiropractic care.
X-Rays
The doctor will determine if x-rays are necessary for your case or not. If you have previous films from another establishment, you are welcome to bring in the disc to allow us to copy those images into your file.
Care Plan
After a thorough evaluation of the nerve assessment, postural x-rays, and health history, Dr. Sarah will create a customized plan of care unique to you and your specific health goals.
Report of Findings
On your next visit, we request you bring your loved ones with you as we will present a report of our findings to you. This will include the analysis of your chiropractic postural X-rays if available, your customized corrective care plan, rehabilitative exercises, supplemental care and payment options.
The Road to Optimal Health
In order to achieve the best results as quickly as possible, it is vital to be consistent in keeping your appointments. Everyone responds to care differently. Some people begin to feel better and see health improvements immediately, while others may take more time. Some may initially experience some discomfort and stiffness, known as healing sensations, which is completely normal as we restore the structure of your body and your nervous system.
